Every GrilBoss order is authenticated, quality-checked and carefully packed before it ships — then sent with full tracking and insurance, door to door.
Order processing
Orders are verified and processed within 1–3 business days. During major drops, sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the moment your order ships, not from the order date. They may vary depending on demand, weather, customs and carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way — from our authentication center to your door.
Customs & duties (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GrilBoss isn’t responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
